The clock will begin ticking tonight on Earl Thomas’ long recovery from shoulder surgery.
The Seahawks’ All-Pro safety is having a procedure done today to repair torn labrum from him dislocating his left shoulder early in the NFC championship Jan. 18. Thomas played that game and the Feb. 1 Super Bowl with the injury.
Then apparently doctors had to wait for swelling to calm down in these three weeks since the Super Bowl before operating.
